Screening authorization
I certify that the information I provided is true and complete. I authorize Waterford Bay Apartments, Styles Property Management, their agents, and their screening providers to verify my identity and obtain background, credit, eviction, rental-history, employment, income, and related consumer reports for rental application purposes. I understand that false or incomplete information may result in denial, cancellation of approval, or termination where permitted by law. I understand that the $75 Application Fee is collected now and the $200 admin fee is separate and requested only after approval.
I authorize background, credit, eviction, rental-history, employment/income, and identity screening for this rental application.
